We now have an opening for the 23rd of January , If your group size is smaller then 8 then we maybe able to do something on the price for you. The whole chalet price has been reduced already. Great snow, quiet slopes and brilliant food, what could be better. Let me know if your are tempted....
Christmas week available
Xmas week- is a 9 day stay, if you were just interested in a 7 day stay then please let me know and we will quote for you. Come and be totally spoilt and relax in a lovely environment ....
Self catered
Would not normally do this as the catering is what we are all about, But this season is not normal so if you are on the look out for a self catered week then please let me know and we will quote you a price to have the chalet on a self catered basis....

Well the pain continues, all any of us can do is dream and hope things start to improve soon, so at least we can all have something of a season. Anyhow as we have a bit of time on our hands we have gone early with dates and prices for 2021/22 season. We will again be using our Covid T@C for season 21/22 so you can book with confidence. We seriously hope we can tempt you to a week sometime soon....
Apricot Panna Cotta recipe with almond tuille brik snap
Just in case some of you are getting a little bored here is my Apricot panna cotta recipe from season 19/20, why not give it a go, it looks great but is actually rather easy to make. Makes x8. 250 ml of double cream 250 ml natural yogurt 250 ml mascarpone 1 vanilla pod 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 75 g caster sugar x2 gelatine leafs Method Firstly roll the x2 gelatine leaves and pop in a large cup and cover with cold water and leave. Sad end to season 2019/20, here’s to 20/21
Not really the end of the season anyone was expecting but needs must. We are busy working and looking forward to normality and season 20/21. Think most people will be desperate to get away after being confined for so long. Prices are up so if you need something to look forward to then please let us know....
